2026–27 Keelboat Racing Season Begins November 1

Keelboat racing returns to Lake Maumelle on November 1 as Grande Maumelle Sailing Club begins its 2026–27 season. From late fall through spring, A and B Fleet sailors will have a full schedule of club racing and two regattas.

A Full Winter and Spring of Racing

The 2026–27 Keelboat Racing Schedule includes two series and 15 scheduled racing days from November through April.

Series 1 begins November 1 and continues through February 7. The annual Fall Keelboat Regatta is scheduled for December 5–6.

Series 2 begins February 21 and continues through April, leading into the Spring Keelboat Regatta on April 24–25.

The harbor gun for regular series races is at 12:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Racers should consult the 2026–27 Keelboat Racing Schedule and individual Event Calendar listings for complete details.

Low-Water Advisory

Lake Maumelle is currently experiencing low water levels, which may affect scheduled racing.

Racers should check the GMSC Event Calendar before each race for the latest information, including schedule changes or cancellations. If a race is affected by lake conditions, updates will be posted to the individual event listing.
