There are two teak slats/runners on the top that hold the cabin roof in place (the cabin roof can slide forward towards the mast a few feet) and the two teak handrails need to be sanded and resealed. The cockpit seats (they are also lids that act as hatch roofs for storage below them) have some cracking in their paint and could use another coat. I think the rudder could use sanding and repainting. There are two cabin walls made from plywood that got some water damage, I would take them out and replace or sand and poly them. It will need to be cleaned inside and out like any sailboat does after a year of use/storage. All of the cushions and sails and the boom and many other smaller items I keep at the house.
very good but needs cleaning and some wood treatment
Might be willing to part with Tohatsu 6HP 4stroke outboard motor, probably only about 50 hours on it. Like new!
